West Cove "D" Owners click here
Welcome to the Belle Terre Property Management Web Site

Manager for the following Eastman Condo Associations:
West Cove A, West Cove B, West Cove D,  South Shore I, South Shore II,
South Shore III and South Cove Heights

As we all know, condominium ownership is significantly different from that of single-family ownership. Condo living requires a cooperative effort as our Associations are not only governed by their own documents (Declaration and By-Laws) but also by those of the Eastman Community Association and the State of New Hampshire’s Condominium Act.

To paraphrase, a Condominium is a form of ownership where you own a "UNIT", have common ownership of the "COMMON AREA" and belong to an "ASSOCIATION". The ASSOCIATION is responsible through your Board of Directors for the operation, insurance, maintenance, repair and replacement of the COMMON AREAS. In addition, your Board has the task of ensuring that all the rules and regulations that govern the Association are complied with as well as establishing new policies whenever necessary.  We as the Association manager, work directly with your Board of Directors assisting them in the overall operation of your ASSOCIATION and also serve as the liaison between you and your Board of Directors.

Our mission in establishing this site is to give you a resourceful tool to turn to when questions arise or when looking for services. As you browse, you will find various information and links including a link that will enable you to view your Association’s documents on-line.  We hope that you will find our site informative not only as it relates to your Association but to the community as well and that it will assist you and your family in making your stay in Eastman an enjoyable experience. Thank you.

RECYCLE, RECYCLE

Please note that Hanover Floor Care, our refuse contractor, recycles all plastics, glass, paper, and metal cans at the Grantham Transfer Station. However, they must be separated into clear bags for easy identification.

Cardboard should be broken down, all newspapers and/or magazines should be tied for easy pick up.

If you have any questions regarding “recyclables” you can visit the Town of Grantham Transfer Station on the Town’s website at www.granthamnh.net for more information.

THE MANAGERS
CORNER

Support COVER”

Many of our neighbors live in homes that fail to provide adequate shelter. When relatives and friends are unable to help, families in need must turn to the larger community for support. Since 1998, COVER's staff and volunteers in partnership with these neighbors have kept rain, snow and cold air from compromising homes or their family's health, and have made homes safer and accessible for those with disabilities.

Half of the households on our wait list are families with children. The need is great, and continuing, but we believe in the ability of our community to address it.

Your tax-deductible contribution means safer, warmer, more accessible homes for our neighbors whose resources are most scarce.”
